The United States Cannot Ignore the rise of China in Fiji
A Rising Military China in Fiji is a Threat to the commons, international sea, air and cyberspace.
US Strategic primacy in the Pacific Ocean will amount to naught if decisive action is not pursued.
We have to stop all the hogwash and rhetorical speeches urging the Fijian military junta to return our island nation back to democracy, respect for the rule of law and human rights in full knowledge that it will not comply despite it being in breach of international law ratified and domestically enabled.
We know and you know that those concerns are in practice and policy way down the list of priorities.
So let us re-state the two REAL key issues that you obviously do not have a working policy to address, only because those that are supposed to address them are busy at our tourism facilities or favorite watering hole in walu bay or out at sea fishing while the “natives” suffer under a dopey military led government oblivious to the dangers they have opened up to our once peaceful paradise.
Let there be no doubt that China in Fiji is an integral component of its aggressive exponential power projection capabilities in the Pacific.
Let there be no doubt that fundamentalist Islamic extremists who are well connected to North African, Pakistani and Afghanistan networks are the dumb oxymoron’s real advisors and genocide strategists.
Do not concern yourself with domestic politics, our two major races will never ever work together let alone within our own, that’s why our Constitution set the framework to compel cooperation, whilst preserving indigenous rights. That is just the way the cookie crumbles from the beginning of civilization.
The Military Junta must be told in no uncertain terms with a firm deadline to comply with a return to civilian rule or face the titanium, unless of course you would prefer a Chinese naval and military base in Fiji using borrowed knives complemented by jihadist wondering around the “Natives” and “Indians” wearing suits protecting a dynasty and a useless army.
We speak in your language so that you know that we know what you really think of Fiji, after all the US is the greatest power on earth, is it not, where everyone else are "aliens".
