  • We Told You 12 Months Ago Why Can't We ACT What You Waiting For Father Christmas?

    By ulukaukau

The effect of the purported abrogation of the 1997 Constitution and in particular section 185, the brilliant brainchild of Paul Reeves, Tomasi Vakatora and Brij V. Lal, should not be taken lightly.

It has set the stage for the Annihilation of the Fijian Race.

First, it allows Frank to abrogate the Fijian Affairs Act which establishes the Fijian Affairs Board for the purpose of considering legislation and other matters relating to the “rights, interests, health, welfare, peace, order and good government of the Fijian people”.

Secondly, it gives Frank direct control of millions of dollars administered under the Fijian Development Funds Act.

Third, it will lead to the abrogation of the Native Lands Act and the Native Land Commission established under the Act.

The practical effect of this is the shredding of the “Vola Ni Kawa” or Fijian landownership Register and the creation of a new order.

It is a new order where Frank is the Royalty and the Indigenous Fijians his Peasants.

Forth, it will lead to the abrogation of the Native Land Trust Act.

It follows therefore with the dissolution of the Native Land Trust Board, in which all native land in Fiji is vested in them as Trustees.

Frank will then have access to even more funds leaving the Great Council of Chiefs under the mango tree as Frank first suggested back in 2006.

Sixth, the effect of this includes the alienation of all Native Reserve Land.

Finally, as Ratu Sukuna’s brainchild and the stability of the “three legged stool” is demolished, all Native Land in Fiji which comprises 88% of ALL LAND IN FIJI, will effectively belong to Frank under the guise of a new decree.

For those of you critics that say “just let him try”, HE ALREADY HAS!

kahukiwa said I would have thought that this would have been picked up on the moment the constitution was scrapped. Perhaps it fell into the category of ‘They wouldn’t dare!?’

To make it worse the proposed Finance Ombudsman office has been scrapped by the new RBF Gov. It would now be the RBF’s role to coordinate complaints and investigations.

The whole idea of having an ombudsman is to have an independent person, not having any affiliation with the financial sector – banks, insurance companies, development banks, and brokers.

After abrogating the constitution and setting up their illegal, totalitarian regime, there is nothing to stop Bainimarama and Adolf Sayed-Khaiyum from enriching themselves simply by issuing a decree that says “this now belongs to so-and-so.”

The writing is on the wall. You only have to look at the activities
since the coup of the extended family of the dictator’s wife to
know that illegality is in their blood.

And don’t expect Adolf to waste any time in enriching himself by manipulating the law and by writing up decrees for the puppet president that will favour his interests and those of his business associates.

It is sad but true. The illegal dictatorship of Fiji is already well down the path that Burma has taken, where those in power have trampled on the population to maintain power and make themselves very rich in the process.

This is so sad.I heard lot of people supporting the illegal regime on the belief that Baini and them will return back their land. I hope Eseroma Tuibua and his gang who claiming to be the real land owner of Yaqara read this.

I’ve already told you brother that this people all think of themselves.illegal, totalitarian regime will never think of the people. They are power hungry and will anything for power even if it mean selling Fiji’s land. I hope that some people will stand up for the sake off the future generation. We badly need some brave people in such a time like this!!!
