Food Security is fundamental to the efficient and effective use of public revenue expended on developing our Human Capital.
They are NOT mutually exclusive. In any event what has happened to the ADB "emergency loan" ?
Food Security will ensure that our children eat a well balanced diet so that they are healthy, less likely to get sick and use our non-existent childrens' public health services and as a result of eating well will be able to excel in our outdated educational system that does not encourage innovation, original thought and open honest debate within a political environment that fosters mistrust and uncertainty.
As for the rebuilding of community halls and churchs' it is the central fabric of village life where Christian values, our tradition, culture and customs are transmitted from one generation to the next, the absence of which would over time cease the passing of traditional knowlegde and allow for the unspeakable, a society that does not speak its native language, whose children have forgotten its roots and have no reverence for our Creator, in short cultural and religious genocide.
Our villagers can take the initiative to re-build their infrustructure but they need a democratically elected, educated, experienced civilian government that performs its public functions to create a tranquil environment that empowers its people not terrorise them.
Thats what all those Ministry's and Departments that were seized from a democratic government that knew how to govern were meant to achieve and they even had a plan it was called 50/50 by 2020, but because it is too hard for imbeciles, the solution now is to "go and fish".
