Transparency International (TI) published its annual index of perceptions of national levels of corruption on the 17th last week.

New-Zealand ranked 1st
Australia 8th
Samoa 56
Vanuatu 95
Tonga 99
Kiribati and Solomon Islands 111
PNG 154
Somalia 180
And of course Frank Bainimarama's Military Government of the Banana Republic of Fiji was yes you guessed it, totally Off the Richter Scale.
We have really become a rouge failed state. And the only way to get back to at least 180 would be to free the media.
