The Crimes Promulgation Cover Up for IMF Funding in Fiji
Dear AG,
You guys are quite quick on the uptake, but this latest "announcement" did not remove the 8 ball from its place, it has merely delayed the shot been taken. Just know that we know what you are doing, and although this may be your final solution, we have not told you that there is a level above this known as the "ultimate solution" which we will invoke in time.
You have been so used to briefing "stuff" out because quite simply you are incompetent and have never rolled up those starched sleeves to do your own "stuff".
When you announced that the Penal Code would be replaced by the Crimes Promulgation and that this new law would bring about some "ground breaking" provisions in the criminal justice system and that "those anomalies will be removed" we had a good laugh.
You attempted to kill two birds with one stone AG, it was amusing to read the diversion of attention towards "stuff" that the OECD and IMF will be looking at on Friday to not sink the 8 ball on Sada Reddy, which we had advised had been placed.
We must however commend you for your sustained acts of unlawfulness and cover-up to save Bainimarama & Co.
In the meantime peoples, open your eyes and look for what will go missing from our current Penal Code in our AG's "ground breaking" promulgation and most importantly to answer one simple question, which law will they be prosecuted under for Treason, Swearing an Unlawful Oath and Conspiracy to Commit a Capital Offence?
