  • IMF WORLD BANK UNITED STATES AND OQO NEI ATU

There is an interesting Senator in the United States from Virginia named Jim Webb, Chair of the Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee on East Asian and Pacific Affairs who identified with crystal clarity the Obama Biden Clinton “smart” Foreign Policy on rouge states and in this instance, US foreign policy on Burma.

We of course prefer the Texan approach but need to outline the Obamarama approach to engage with Military buffoons around our little earth, so that our own at the Nabua barracks are under no illusion as to the desired end result, which obviously is not only the same but will hurt the future generations of our beloved island nation.

I missed a heart beat when I read the International Monetary Funds Managing Director, Dominique Strauss-Kahn's concluding statement in Turkey that the IMF would create the conditions necessary for "a virtuous cycle of peace and prosperity" if all member nations continued to work together with the IMF on key policy measures, forgetting to address what the Chinese termed “intrinsic defects” in our current international financial architecture.

He almost sounded like Frank trying to call us Terrorists by putting words on its head. But then obviously the IMF MD Strauss-Khan's statement was absolutely true, that is, they would create a “virtuous cycle of peace and prosperity” for the IMF, not for under-developed poor nations like ours.

You see same words mean different things depending on which side of the table you are sitting on.

Now our military buffoon Frank and his slime ball of a central banker Sada think they have got it all under control and so do their illegal treasonous team here at home. They have fabricated propaganda in direct response to our exposure of our governments credit rating being withdrawn by Moody's over the weekend promptly in Mondays Fiji Times. Then they cushion themselves in the Fiji Sun on Thursday as to the outcome in Turkey, not telling the people the REAL REASON why the impending onshore visit is necessary to verify fabricated inconsistent financial's supplied offshore.

Back to Senator Webb, he believes the following in relation to Burma which would eventually be applicable to FIJI:

"I believe that the political motivations behind our isolation of Burma were honorable, based on a desire to see democratic governance and a respect for human rights in Burma"

"At the same time, the situation we face with Burma is an example of what can happen when we seek to isolate a country from the rest of world, but the rest of the world does not follow. So, the question, quite frankly, is whether this approach has brought Burma closer to democracy than when sanctions were first imposed."

Last week at the United Nations, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton announced that the United States would end its isolation of Burma and directly engage the military government. Senator Webb noted that: "this redirection of U.S. policy is both timely and appropriate."

"While our goals in Burma remain the same as before, the policy review confirmed that we need additional tools to augment those that we have been using in pursuit of our objectives" said Assistant Secretary of State Kurt Campbell, who testified at the hearing Wednesday.

"A policy of pragmatic engagement with the Burmese authorities holds the best hope for advancing our goals. A central element of this approach is a direct, senior-level dialogue with representatives of the Burmese leadership."

Now what exactly are these goals that the United States wish to “pursue” and “advance” by engaging in dialogue Frank? And what are the “additional tools”?

We told you a long time ago. The biggest “tool” is the IMF and World Bank. God help us with the "additional tools".

And the goals are as follows:

To create “cyclical poverty” by indebting poor nations through the World Bank.

To incorporate United States Policy into conditions attached to IMF loans.

To Simplify and Consolidate World Trade via the WTO and bolster same through Free Trade Agreements and Rule the WORLD.

ONE WORLD, ONE GOVERNMENT, ONE CURRENCY, ONE CENTRAL BANK.

You see Bai, if they give you the money for your bogus reforms, our children, grandchildren and great grandchildren will have to pay it back and what happens is that we are caught in an eternal trap, and public revenue that could have been put to more productive use in building our infrastructure and public facilities gets diverted to pay off bad debt for decades that will be pilfered and squandered by you and your illegal military regime in any case.

Look closely at what these institutions have done to Africa, Latin America and Asia and you will see what will become of us, as a direct result of World Bank funding and IMF policies in the absence of addressing “intrinsic defects” that has led to these institutions becoming “irrelevant” and “out of touch” which led them to create our current financial turmoil to regain “relevance” albeit modified.

It is one thing to obtain a loan to build a bridge a road or a hospital, it is quite another to maintain and staff the facilities. And you have already proven that your government cannot afford to pay its teachers, its nurses, its doctors etc., hell you cant even afford to maintain an outpatients department for our own children, so what was the use of the Japanese building the children s hospital?

I would hate to be in the city when the people one day realize that their entire life saving in FNPF is “officially” exhausted. I suppose when a natural disaster or poverty strikes and people get hungry, are homeless, sick and cannot afford to buy medication they will rise up out of necessity and wipe you out, at the moment we are all still on Fiji time, but that day will come Frank and you will pray that you were really locked up in Naboro.

What you and Sada need is some Magimagi from Oqo Nei Atu's M**a that will be the perfect remedy for your joint blockheads. As for the boys at the barracks might as well send them to chow the Lebanese bread that they have gotten so accustomed to, no wonder you guys really want to go on tour again and for goodness sakes stop linking our site to the x rated sites you frequent, our base is established, what was needed to be said has been said, its too late now, don't forget we cant change international policy overnight, but as sure as the sun rises in the morning by the time we have our next coup in coup coup land it will all be in place and remember its not the number of hits, its whos doing the hitting.

Now it is time to prepare for Fiji Day celebrations and reflect on how backward we have come after 39 years of Independence.

Imagine if the British were still here, we would be roaming the earth with Pound Sterling, now we are stuck with a worthless currency and an illegal oxymoronic government who are about to plunge us into a century of indebtedness.

    God Bless Fiji <><
