  A 35 year old Moron in Madagasgar named Andry Rajoelina seized power in a coup and toppled President Marc Ravalomanana with the aid of dissidents in the military earlier this year and has now ordered the European Union to free up frozen EU aid worth 300 million euros and the World Bank's contribution worth as much as 180 million euros and only then will he honor his commitments to restore democracy on his island.

  The illegal moron stated “If the international community can promise it will help us and that it will remove all the sanctions it wants to impose on Madagascar, then it will be possible to put in place the transitional charter”

  International powers have called the power-grab unconstitutional and a diplomatic source on Monday said Rajoelina's demands made no sense: "To suggest we have to give him this money or he won't hold elections suggests a complete misunderstanding about what the money is for. "Rajoelina is totally divorced from reality."

  Third, Frank Bainimarama is a chronic liar who is operated via remote control by terrorists.

  Forth, Elections MUST be held as per the directive of the Commonwealth of Nations in 2010.

  Finally, “Cross-Conditionality” on funding and aid must be incorporated into the agreements.
