• FIJI DEFENCE FORCES SOP's UNDER PSYCHO FRANK

  
  

  This is what the Fiji Military Forces have done, are doing and will continue to do to all those persons that oppose their illegal government.

  They have lived too long away from home in the Middle East and have “assimilated” and have been “mentally conditioned”.
  

  There is always that sarcastic request in cyberspace to cyber dissenters and pro democracy, pro rule of law, and pro human rights advocates, to come to Delainabua for a jog around the parade grounds, but they always forget to mention what they do after the jog, so here is just a glimpse, 1^st hand accounts of everyones experiences at Delainabua will one day be part of the evidence against Frank & Co and he will be executed as the Commander in Chief.

  • Forcing the detainee to be naked, perform sexual acts, or pose in a sexual manner.
  • Placing hoods or sacks over the head of a detainee; using duct tape over the eyes.
  • Applying beatings, electric shock, burns, or other forms of physical pain.
  • Using military working dogs.
  • Inducing hypothermia or heat injury.
  • Conducting mock executions.
  • Depriving the detainee of necessary food, water or medical care.
  • Physical abuse.
  • Threats to turn the individual over to others to be abused.
  • Certain humiliating or degrading treatment, including penetrating tip of riffle into the orifices of detainee.
  • Implying and actually inflicting harm to the individual or his property and family.
  • Implying a deprivation of applicable protections guaranteed by law because of a failure to cooperate.
  • Threatening to separate parents from their children.
  • Brainwashing.
  • Physical or mental torture, including drugs that may induce lasting or permanent mental alteration or damage.
  • Physical or mental torture and coercion revolve around eliminating the source's free will.
