The Indicators show without doubt that the SDL Government (2003) and the SVT Government (1998) were the best governments that the Republic of the Fiji Islands ever had, Admiral Franks mis-governance (2008) is the worst government in the history of our country, because quite simply Admiral Frank is an oxymoron.
